Yes: One processed in liver and other the kidney. Should not exceed 4g tylenol (acetaminophen) per day and about 3200mg Ibuprofen per day. Ibuprofen worst case will upset stomach at higher levels short term but overtaking tylenol (acetaminophen) can induce liver damage so need to be more cautious with this one.
