Is there any herbal medicine to help release stress for pregnant wonen?

Meditation: You are pregnant. The less external substances you intake the better. Prenatal vitamins and folate (folic acid) are essential. Herbals are expensive and not guaranteed to be safe by the fda. Stay away from them. Focus on meditation or focused relaxation exercises for the mind.

Relaxation/pregnancy: Relieving stress in pregnancy is best done naturally via acupuncture and massage. These may also help with other ailments in pregnancy. Make sure you are not drinking caffeine, drink lots of water and sleep when your body tells you to rest. Taking deep breaths, meditation and prenatal yoga are other adjunctive therapies to help you relax.
