Herbal Teas: Two come to mind that can be effective - chamomile and sleepy time teas can be useful for inducing sleep for occasional and mild insomnia. Regardless of what you choose, make certain that is is 100% herbal and has no "real" tea in it which naturally contains caffeine and will actually keep you awake! chammomile can be found in a tablet form as well.
