Tonsils: If the cause is viral, salt water gargles and Ibuprofen will help. If you have a fever, difficulty swallowing, or a change in the sound of your voice, seek medical help immediately.

Hold tight: Its not clear that you need antibiotics- if that is what you're asking- tylenol, (acetaminophen) advil as needed, salt water gargles should do the trick and make you feel better.
