Burning: Burning sensation in such localized area may suggest a problem at the thoracic spinal cord level. The best way to establish a diagnosis is to have a physician obtain a complete history and htsicsk examination. This would guide him to order the correct testing, perhaps an mri, and look for common conditions like muliltiple sclerosis, diabetes, vitamin deficiencies, etc. Hope you feel well soon.
