Many possibilities: There are many possible causes for your symptoms, including medication side effects, sjogren's involving your pancreas, and another disease process, possibly another autoimmune disease as having one autoimmune disease increases your chance for developing another one, that could involve your GI system. Please go see your doctor to discuss your symptoms.

Not related either: Not certain. You will need a gastroenterology evaluation to clarify this problem. It may not be related to either. The fact that you have both diarrhea and vomiting may suggest that you do not have obstruction. This is an issue that needs evaluation by a gastroenterologist, .
