As per my 1st us on 11/12/12 :6 weeks, 11/24/12 :7.3 weeks, 12/24/12:12.5 weeks & 2/2/13: 18.3 weeks. please tell my conception dates.

LMP: Ultrasounds tell a lot of information but usually your period determine exactly how far pregnant you are and when conception occurred. Ultrasounds vary in their accuracy and hopefully confirm dates by your last period.

Due date : Ask your doctor your due date. Then plug that date into a reverse due date calculator and you can get your conception date easily. A google search will get you a reverse due date calculator.
