See/Ask your OB/GYN: Please ask your ob/gyn directly. This could be as simple as your last menses being incorrect, and that is most likely in these situations, especially for early ultrasound. If compared to prior ultrasounds, there is accelerated growth, then gestational diabetes may be an issue. In either case, discussed this with your ob/gyn. A follow-up ultrasound may be helpful to look at interval growth.
