Rash: Step one for all rash treatment is to establish the cause of the rash. Some things you can do before seeing a physician is to be sure the rash is not an adverse reaction to a medication or suppliment you are taking, (stop all non-prescription otc medications) make sure that the rash is not an allergy to a topical product that you are using, (stop all fragranced detergents, soaps and lotions).
