No it does not: Tea is usually all water which is good to prevent & doesn't cause kidney stones.

No.: Kidney stones are made up of different types of materials. The most common is calcium oxalate, but other forms exist. In persons who are susceptible, some high-oxalate food consumption or dehydration may cause more rapid development of a stone, but tea by itself is not an independent risk factor for stone development.
