Several options: This is a common symptom in pregnancy. The safest choices are nasal saline and/or breathe-rite strips. Prescription topical nasal steroid sprays (ie, flonase, nasonex) are "category c" in pregnancy, but are poorly absorbed into the bloodstream and thus a relatively low risk option. Pseudoephedrine may be used, but should not be used without first checking with your obstetrician first.
