Yes...: Exercising can have an influence on your menstrual cycle and your diet in + /- ways. Keep track of it and your exercise routine. Talk to your gyn if you notice that your periods are longer and/or are missed. Diet is also affected as the body will feel a need to effectively maintain stamina during your activities and can be influenced by the hormone levels from the menstrual cycle.
