It can be.: Pms symptoms can include feeling tearful, irritability, mood swings, anger, depressed mood, change in sex drive & anxiety. These may be accompanied by swelling of the breasts (or extremities), weight gain, abdominal bloating, cramps, nausea, ^ urinary frequency, overeating, headaches (to include migraines), dizziness, fainting & palpitations. Sleep may be disturbed w problems with acne or hives.

Could be: But also symptom of uti/cystitis, overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis, anxiety, bladder stone etc.. Certainly worthwhile getting a urinalysis to rule out any treatable problem. Suggest uc your family dr or a uro-gynecologist or urologist if in is interfering with your life.
