Very good : Many people with pcos do not ovulate and will need fertility medications to conceive. The good news is that most pcos patients can conceive with Clomid (clomiphene) alone and the rest are very likely to conceive with ivf. Remember that a healthy diet and normal weight can contribute significantly to success rates. Please see a reproductive endocrinologist for a full evaluation and treatment. Good luck!
