Yes: Yes. If you do get pregnant, the testosterone injections could cause masculinization of the female genitalia of a female fetus. Since you are 47 years old, chances of getting pregnant are much less. However, until you haven't had a period or cycle in 12 months, you still are not considered menopausal and could get pregnant.
