Yes: This is at the top end of the recommended intake. But you probably don't need to take it. Just make sure u eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Also, storebought bread usually has Folic Acid in it. I have seen many people who get upset stomach with this high dose. Why not just take 400 mcg, or rather, focus on eating right? Good luck!
