Risks: Skin may be more sensitive during pregnancy. Naval rings may fall out as your abdomen expands. They may need to be removed for ultrasounds or caesarean section. Nipple piercings could injure a suckling infant & are more subject to infection at that time. Clitoral piercings may be painful as the labia swell & may interfere with delivery process w ^ risk of the mother tearing or injuring the infant.
