Can you tell me some tips to combat sleepiness at work or when studying?

Sleepiness: Make sure you are getting at least 8 hours of good sleep nightly. Eat a balanced diet, and try to get at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 5-6 days a week. When you're sleepy at work or while studying, take a break for a few minutes and go for a short walk or do some stretching exercises. Try to avoid drinking too much caffeine. Good luck!
