Low salt &drink lots: Plenty of water, around 10 glasses/day. Minimize salt intake, i.e. No added & avoid canned or package soups or pastas (home made ok), fast foods, potato chips, fast foods, hot dogs etc. Avoid xs meat consumption. Avoid oxalate cotaining foods such as rhubarb, spinach, wheat germ for calium oxalate stones, as well as reduce protein intake. Avoid dehydration.
