Needs evaluation. : Fainting during exercise can be due to either a rhythm abnormality (fast or slow heart rate) or a blood pressure problem. You certainly need to have this evaluated by seeing a cardiologist. You might benefit from a stress test or a holter. Please get this evaluated soon.
