Joint pain most oft!: Joint pain in one are more joints is the most common sign. Joint damage do to trauma can be said preventable, and damage to joints because of obesity is certainly preventable. Smoking is a major factor in causation of spine disc disease, clearly preventable. But most inflammatory types of arthritis are not. Some have a strong hereditary nature and you can't change your genetics.
