A member asked:

What to do if i need to regularly monitor my ovulation how can i do that?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ovulation: Ovulation usually occurs 12-16 days before menstruation. If your typical menstrual cycle length is 28 days, ovulation usually occurs on day 14. You can predict when ovulation will occur by using urine ovulation predictor tests available in most pharmacies. They turn positive about 1 day before ovulation. If you have regular cycles, the urine tests are unnecessary.
