No: The symptoms can sometimes be similar, but a panic attack is an anxiety disorder while a heart attack is due to injury of the heart muscle from compromised blood flow to the heart muscle due to blockage in a coronary artery.

Be examined: Ekg troponins lab test are means to demonstrate heart damage, attack. Panic is scary but no heart damage.
