No.: Helps bones, and is strikingly associated with breast, prostate, and colon cancer reductions, up to 50%. Also associated with cardiovascular health and lessens heart attacks and strokes. Vitamin d3 is really a hormone. Daily amounts of 5000iu or less are not harmful. I do 5000iu/day!
