Stomach cramps: U have to be examined first. Some possibilities are irritable bowel syndrome, gastroenteritis, appendicitis, lactose intolerance, colitis, intestinal gas, diverticulitis, peptic ulcers, menstrual cramps, or effects of alcohol/medications/illicit drugs/food poisoning.
