Normal hygeine: I wouldn't do much more than you commonly do every day after the fever is gone. Lack of fever means the passage of the virus in oral secretions is likely stopped.So decontaminating surfaces is likely overkill. Stomach viruses will often continue to shed in the poo for up to 6 weeks, but normal hygienic practices can usually avoid this as a source of problems.

Hand hygiene!: You can stop disinfecting the house. What is more important is enforcing handwashing before eating a meal and after going to the bathroom. Viral infections can contaminate surfaces from dirty hands, only to be picked up by another person touching the contaminated object.
