Reanl failure: She will become more drowsy and disoriented. My grandfather made the same choice and he just simply went to sleep and passed away. My grandmother asked me the same question and after grandpa died she told me he was very peaceful and appeared comfortable. Thus, I have great empathy for your situation. Godspeed!
