Spot: My answer comes from my days in skating. Snap your head around while quickly while your body is moving slightly slower.

What indeed: Your really bad headaches & dizzy spells could be really bad headaches & dizzy spells. They don't have to be anything else. You may have a primary headache syndrome (e.g. migraines) of which the dizzy spells are a part. Doctor Google will get you only so far with this. See a live doctor in a brick-and-mortar office and get a diagnosis. Anything else is a waste of time.

Dizziness: Dizziness can be for various reasons. Also what is dizzy to you? Are you light headed and feel you are going to pass out or is the room spinning? Light headed is usually a vascular issue or endocrine- decreased circulation to brain or low sugar. Spinning is usually associated with a problem with your balance gland or vestibular gland. Often the vestibular gland will get imbalanced.
