Get them checked: With or without symptoms? I ask that because in general, a 33 year old should have good circulation. If you are concerned, ask your pcp about non-invasive vascular screening tests - like dopplers. Before trying to improve something, make sure you know what kind of flow you have. Dopplers are ultrasounds that check circulation flow in the arteries and veins.
