Pain swellingand loc: Meniscus treats usually happen with s twisting injury. They do not cause instability. Most common symptoms are joint line pain, recurrent swelling, and locking. You feel something shift then you cannot completely straighten the knee. The symptoms are worse worth activity. It hurts the most on the medial side of the knee just below the muscle at the joint line.

Pain.: Pain along the joint line of the knee . Pain there with twisting/rotational activities. You could have swelling, locking or popping as well.
