See details: I would suggest a sleep study to determine if there are any issues that can be easily correct. There are numerous meds that can be tried as well.

Several: Proper sleep hygiene. No caffeine or nicotine. Mild exercise not too close to bedtime. Lyrica (pregabalin) and Gabapentin both can help slow wave or refreshing restorative sleep.

Several tricks: ? how to sleep with fibromyalgia (FM). Non-restorative sleep derives from pain arousal when on sleep surface as ground forces torque shoulder/pelvic girdles stretching spastic soft tissues. Choose a soft mattress that does not sag yet supports all body parts evenly. Take cannabis before sleep to relax and rapidly advance sleep. Yogurt or milk can provide drowsiness-imparting tryptophane.

Sleep hygiene: Fibromyalgia is a generalized systemic condition that is characterized by widespread aching or pain throughout the body. To be included in the diagnosis of FM, this pain should be located in at least three out of four quadrants of the body. If diagnosed, use east-west integrative medicine and sleep hygiene to improve your sleep.
