Anyone know what is a surefire way to get rid of a stuffy nose?

Slippery slope: Saline rinses (neilmed sinus rinse for example) are safe, non-medicated way to help. Nasal steroids (prescription) work if you use them regularly, but are more for allergies rather that a cold. Afrin, works fast in a pinch, but be careful this is "addictive". If you use it for more than a few days in a row, the stuffy nose will come back with a vengeance. Good for before a flight or big date.
