Can you let me know how many vaccinations help to maintain immunity?

Confusing question: Any and all vaccines are used to built and or maintain selective immunity. You could be specific & credit boosters with the maintenance role. Some vaccines like tetanus or whooping cough produce immunity that fades quicker than other vaccines.
