Agree and...: Like dengue it is carried by a day biting mosquito & has many same symptoms if a patient becomes ill: fever, shaking chills, rash, headache, nausea, muscle pain & extreme fatigue. Unlike dengue, severe joint pain can set in for much longer--up to a year and be debilitating. Unlike dengue, young recover quickly & middle age take up to 3 months to get well in some cases. Arthritis can be disabling.
