You may not be: Able to stop them entirely since it is related to your hormones; however, you can get them under better check. Even though you may not feel like exercising, some moderate may help reduce the mood swings and help you feel better. Remember that it is due to your period and you may be able to tolerate it better. Eat healthy foods, although you may crave chocolate it may make things worse (sorry!).
