I got the cervical cancer shot and my arm is going numb and feels really weak when i try to lift or hold heavy things. is this normal?

Numbness not common: But the weakness due to a little inflammation in the muscle is quite common. I'd do some local treatment with a cool compress over the injection site, and gentle massage of the area. If symptoms aren't better within a few days, then talk to the provider who gave the injection.
