Cut it out: Treatment would be based on confirmation, not speculation. When found, the approach is based on far along the cancer is. A few atypical cells on a pap smear may lead to a limited localized removal, where more advanced invasion might require removal of the cervix and uterus & chemo. The only way to know for sure what would be appropriate is a complete evaluation.The sooner the better.
