Absolutely :o): 1. Sit and wait for at least 5 min (maybe 10) before measuring bp. 2. Both feet flat on the floor. 3. Use proper sized cuff for arm size. 4. Put cuff on bare skin, not over shirt. 5. Ensure that your cuff measures accurately (take to doctor's office to check if reads similarly to theirs).
