What should be done to get rid of these bumps on my legs that arnt razor bumps?

Need more info: There are a wide range of possibilities for what is causing them. What do they look like? Where are they? What have you tried for them? Do you have rashy skin otherwise? Are there any other symptoms with them (itching, crusting, weeping)? Do they contain fluid? What color are they? How long have they been there? Looking forward to trying to help.
