For every: 100 calories a day you eat less than you use, x 1 month, you'll lose 1 lb per month so get rid of 2-3 pieces of bread, or its equivalent, and you'l lose 2-3 lbs / month.

Paleo diet.: First try a paleo diet, which basically means just eating meat/fish, veggies, nuts, and drinking lots of water. Also, make sure that you are taking enough estrogen and taking Progesterone half the cycle, and still having your period.
