Intimidation: Bullying usually refers to behaviors in which one person tries to control another person thorugh the use of intimidation. This often takes the form of physical intimidation and aggression, but it can also have to do with verbal or emotional intimidation. People who engage in bullying often use sarcasm and criticism as a way to try to control others.
