No telling: Sperm live inside the female reproductive tract for up to 7 or more days; however, when trying to get pregnant you should not count on sperm more than 2-3 days. The egg is only viable for about 12-24 hours after ovulation. Therefore, conception is rare if sex occurs after ovulation. I hope this info helps you understand how your conception may have occurred.
