describe the features of a blighted ovum.?

Dr. Dennis Higginbotham

Non viable pregnancy: A blighted ovum results in a pregnancy with no fetus developing. There would be placental tissue which results in a positive pregnancy test - but there is no baby contained inside the preganacy.
