Obstruction: What you describe is typical of urinary obsruction caused by an enlarged prostate. But there are many other things that can cause it, including neurological diseases and medications. Please see your doctor for evaluation.

Slow flow: Needs to be checked for urinary retention....Likely bladder outlet obstruction, prostate issues....Needs urology eval.
