Depends...: Decreased urine flow can be caused by obstruction or decreased bladder function. In men, the most common obstructive problem is usually bph. In women prolapse is most common. Diseases such as diabetes or ms can also affect the bladder and make it difficult to urinate. Talk to your doctor about your problem, you may need a referral to see a urologist.
