Drivers license best: The best organ donor card is your driver's license. You can elect to be an organ donor when obtaining your license. Then, it is usually with you and, in most states, this is sufficient consent from you for organ donation in the event of an untimely death. Your local organ procurement organization (opo) usually makes it possible to sign up on line, as well. This list reviewed if donation possible.
