Which type of surgery you would have if you keep having constipation?

None: Removing your entire colon may seem to be a solution but chronically constipated patients still are constipated after surgery. Try drinking more fluids(80-100 oz/day) and avoid caffeine and alcohol. Eat a healthy high fiber diet. Avoid surgery if at all possible.
