Thigh pain: It could be a vertebral disk problem. If there is weakness or rupture of the disks between the first 3 vertebra this can refer pain to the anterior thighs bilaterally, and will be worse on changing posture and position. Your doctor can do a "femoral nerve stretch test" (lie on your stomach and have some one elevate each leg separately to see if it causes the pain. Or an MRI of the spine may help.
