A number of things : Could be done, like quit smoking(if smoker) & encourage others you live with to quit as well; get appropriate DX of the circulatory problems you have, and see a vascular specialist. He might suggest regular exercises to open up collateral channels, to bypass the blocked vessel; some meds are available as well to help. Surgery to graft or bypass the blockage might be needed.
