Many causes: There are many systemic diseases that may cause skin itch without rashes. The common ones are renal / liver failure, thyroid diseases, blood cell / solid organ tumors, hiv, parasites, hepatitis c infections, drug side effects, vitamin deficiencies, neuropathy, psychogenic, senile pruritis... The list is long as well as the treatment. Please consult with your local doctor to better evaluate & treat.
